Returns Policy

We are happy to handle returns for you, however there may be a re-stocking fee applied depending on the product ordered. *Other than products that cannot be returned per FDA requirements (some test kits, some reagents, and refrigerated items). *Products must be in original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Products must be returned within 30 days from purchase. Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid, in accordance with our instructions and in the same packaging and condition as delivered. Hablamos espanol.


Hanson Medical Systems, Inc. (HMS) only sells and ships within the United States of America.

Purchases are shipped the same day as ordered from our warehouse in Orlando, Florida (Winter Park) if we receive your order by 4:00 pm EST, barring manufacturer backorders. Some items may be shipped from the manufacturer as they require. Items ordered together may be shipped in separate boxes. Some items that require overnight shipping and are noted on our website as such will automatically be shipped with ice packs for next day delivery per FDA requirements.

Most products (but not all) are stocked in our warehouse for immediate shipment as you need them.
