Shipping and Delivery
Purchases are shipped the same day as ordered from our warehouse in Orlando, Florida (Winter Park) if we receive your order by 4:00 pm EST, barring manufacturer backorders. Some items may be shipped from the manufacturer as they require. Items ordered together may be shipped in separate boxes. Some items that require overnight shipping and are noted on our website as such will automatically be shipped with ice packs for next day delivery per FDA requirements.
Most products are stocked in our warehouse for immediate shipment as you need them. You can specify when you need your products to arrive and we will do our best to honor that request.
