Shipping and Returns

HMS has a no returns policy on reagents and dated or refrigerated products, per FDA regulations. All other returns must be requested within ten (10) days of delivery, authorized by HMS prior to return, and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid, in accordance with HMS instructions and in the same packaging and condition as delivered.

You agree to indemnify, defend, & hold harmless Hanson Medical Systems, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including attorney's fees, resulting from not conforming to Hanson Medical Systems, Inc., Privacy Notice, Shipping & Returns disclaimers.
